Question:How do I plot the complex roots of [(-t)^5=abs((t^2+t+1)/(-t))]

Im trying the plot the roots of

(-t)^5=abs((t^2+t+1)/(-t))

on the complex plane but its not allowing me to do so, and when i just plot it only the axes come up and no points.

Any help is appreciated.
