Hey (again) everyone. I'm back with a question similar to (but never answered on) this post: http://www.mapleprimes.com/questions/152116-Maple-Doesnt-Recognize-Function-Definition

The problem here is almost identical, except now it won't let me define a procedure. It's very bizarre. Here is my sheet:secBend-attempt2.mw.

As you can see, the second procedure seems to define itself just fine. But when I tried to define the first procedure, it wouldn't! This is such a bizarre bug that I am running into. Anyone have a working solution for this?
