This question is related to the Question an inverse parameter identification to find a and b the parameter determined iteratively

I think this is equation to plot

plot3d((x/(13.2))^2+(y/(24.3))^2+((1/22)*z)^2 = 1, x = 10 .. 12, y = 10 .. 20, z = 10 .. 20)

but why its not plotting
