Question:How do I plot this implicit equation?

Hi there,

I used the following plot command in maple13.

with(plots):

implicitplot(abs(x)+abs(y)=2, x=-2..2, y=-2..2, scaling=constrained)

But the output(square) is not complete at vertices.In fact at the vertex the graph is like a trapezoid.

Any help will be appreciated.
