Plotting arctan - MaplePrimes

Question:Plotting arctan

Here is my question:

I have been trying to plot this on maple but i only get an ampry box

-arctan((2.m.x)/(1-x^2))

Simple as that... M is between 0 to 10

And x and y are supposed to fmbe from 0 to infinity(i dont know what to write for infinity so i give a large number like 2milions)
