Question: How do I unlock assignments

Yes, I know that one wouldn't do this in production use, but I'm just trying to set the  mapleTA up.

My "student" users are just me at present. It seems very easy to inadvertently lock assignments.

On using the ContentManager and selecting assignments:

System Homepage » Class Homepage » Assignment List

Select an assignment name link to edit that assignment
While an assignment is being edited it will be locked.  Please ensure that you exit the assignment editor by using the page navigation buttons.
Failure to do so will leave the assignment in a locked state.

QUESTION 1:
HOW DO I UNLOCK ASSIGNMENTS?
Logging in again as the student and quitting the assignment doesn't do it, it seems.

And a completely different question, but being at the Content Manager/assignments page reminds me to ask it:
QUESTION 2:
By individually changing the numbers at the left, one at a time,
I can get the downloaded Assignments in a module into a different order.

HOW DO I GET THEM IN A SENSIBLE ORDER FASTER?
