i want to adding new maple package file extension with .lib  .ind  .eps.

i didnt find where to copy this.

I know this has to be an easy on, but I simply cannot figure out how to calculate the probability of a dice roll or a card pick. I want to calculate the probability of rolling four sixes in a row, or picking three kings in a pack of playing cards. I know how to to the math by hand, but I want maple to calculate it for me. 
I've tried google my problem, but with no useful results (they were all a lot more advanced then what I could figure out). I'm guessing it's because...

I wonder if you could help me. I'm trying to calculate the eigenvalues of a complicated 3x3 matrix in Maple, but I'm not very familiar with Maple syntax. The answer maple has provided me with is in the form,

(&*(sin(pi*q/P),P/T,3x3 matrix))

How do I interpret this result? The eigenvalues are scalars.

I am new to Maple (converting from Mathcad) and I am having trouble with plot3d in Maple 17.  Even in the help examples the scale numbers next to tickmarks appear blurred.   In addition after a couple of rotations of the 3D plot, my computer freezes and has to be manually reset.   I'm using Windows XP with 4 GB of physical memory.   

Would appreciate any help.

The aim of the program is to find the catenary by iteration...

It's majorly diverging though and i'm not sure why.

Trying_to_get_the_Ca.mw

I have been trying to figure out how to use the flexible beam properly. I'm looking for a clear example on how to actually use this component. I have had no luck so far. I must be be missing something.

Does someone have a simple example? Perhaps using the Flexible Beam as a cantilever, with one end fixed...

Sometimes maple tends to press enter two times when I want to access a label with Ctrl+L

Here is what I mean:

This happened because it "pressed" enter 2 times. This doesn't happen all the time. Did anybody have this problem? Any way to fix it?

P.S. My space bar is alright 100%

I have written the maple code to calculate time domain value of the laplace domain equation. It contain slowly converge double series so that I used epsilon algorithm to accelerate convergence. one summation contain 7 terms and another summation terms reduce to 850 terms after the use of epsilon alorithms. I also used deHoog algorithm with 9 terms to obtain time domain data but maple give the following error:

In Maple , if i will take a particular value of (eta) then I am getting 11 solutions 5 -ve and 6 +ve. But I want to get the solution as a function of (eta), so that taking different values of (eta) I will get different solutions as a sequence.
