I took Robert Israel's procedure from here and it is worked. It is working correct for: 1) inequalities({(x+1)^2+y^2>=1,x<=0},x=-5..5,y=-5..5); 2) inequalities({x^2+y^2>=1, x^2 + y^2 <=4}, x=-5..5, y=-5..5); and this is exacly what I needed.
