I already have the Mathematica notebook to do this,where it takes few seconds-Particle_Number.pdf

I don't understand-Maplesoft releases newer versions of Maple in a regular basis,why the developers don't put more work in the integration sector-specially improper numerical integrations.People tell me Mathematica gives a lot less pain doing this kind of integrals,but I don't want to learn using a new CAS right now,today Maple,tomorrow Mathematica,then Fortran or something else-this is not a nice way to do  things,at least not for me.  

evalf(Int()) can't do the integration. Run the WS  if you want and you can see the problem yourself.

Actually I write the answer for the integral 

int(P^(D-3)/exp(beta*p-1),p=0..infinity).
