I'm using commands evalDG and LieBrackets to calculate Lie Brackets of infinitisemal operators.

But how (using Maple) can i extract component from the result?

For example, I had a result:

T = (f'(x) - f(x)) D_x + D_y

I need to get its component for x - f'(x) - f(x) and y - 1.

Is there a command for this operation?

Am I right that using methods of the 1-forms (that implemented in liesymm or DESOLV), we can always generate determining equations for ODE, that solved for highest derrivative?

Hallo. I'd like to make a loop for two variables. Let say:

for i from 1..10, j from 1..10

How to do it?

Thanks.

There is an heuristic-free algorithm, designed by Greg Reid to find structure constant of finite dimension Lie algebra of symmetries, admitted by differential equation. Details could be found in his paper:

The main problem - I couldn't find implementation of it in Maple...

Hallo. There is a package "Standard Form" (for Maple 3 & 4): http://www.cecm.sfu.ca/~wittkopf/

I am interesting if it can be converted for modern Maple 18?
