In my case, "Vector" or "vector" does not make any difference, same as "end" and "end do" at the end of the loop.
In the simplified version of my code (which I brought up just as a reference of what I want) the procG is indeed equal to max(..) function.

I have to thank you for the idea of using "unapply" inside the loop and using ' signs when multiplying with procG, using which I managed to obtain what I wanted.
