This system is not so easy to solve even for Maple with unknown F1, F2 and F3. Entering them would be very helpful.

Thank you for your attention but I cannot simply write A1/A5 as they are lengthy expressions, not just small names. I cannot extract them.

Following acer's comment, I installed,

- Visual Studio Express Edition (2008 version)

- Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5

and now I can see

C://Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0/VC/bin/vcvars64.bat

I uninstalled and performed a clean installation of Maple 14 but my problems still exist. So, the problem is not the C++ compiler, I suppose.

Can the problem be Java related? Is there a way to check it?

- I seem to have SDK v6.0A and v7.1. Neither had vcvars64.bat. I will also try with your links as you're sure that they provide a clean install.

- I've tried with VC++ 2010 Express. I didn't know that it needed extra tuning.

- Yes, now I am using the configuration (with 1D Input notation) just as you mentioned but I'd like to try something new and this annoying copy-paste problem still exists.

I sent an e-mail to the technical team. I hope they know the solution. I am almost sure that the solution is very simple and it must be related to the Windows 7 user rights or SDK which I am not very familiar with.

I will do so. Thank you.

I will do so. Thank you.

Could you give some details?

- Which mode? (worksheet/document)

- Any prompted messages?

My typesetting level is already "extended".

I don't want to believe that Maplesoft is doing nothing about this problem!

Latest Sun JRE version also worked for me under Ubuntu 7.10

I could not find a "Default Zoom=100" line in the Options section for Maple 11 for Windows.
