Control+enter gives me a page break. For the exercise, I am not allowed to use the context panel.

I have tried it, and it doesnt work (when I use cmd and = together it lets me edit the zoom-in factor of my screen).Alt+enter itself gives me the regular result, so not inline.  I have a Dutch layout keybord (modified English international).
