Thanks a lot for trying to answer my question and participating in the discussion. 
As mentioned I believe that this error arises from the fact that there emerges a limit like "0/0" which is finite but not properly evaluated. Is it possible to pass this information to Maple?

@vv Thanks, I tried your hint already but without the inverse transformation it is not really helpful, unfortunately..
