Note: i do just type things like " g(1);" with a proc correct?

Epostma, I tried your procs, but get errors like "Error, (in g) `ST` does not evaluate to a module"

I did use "restart:with(Statistics)" before running the proc. Any suggestions? thanks.

The n in question here is a sample size, so getting a number less than one doesn't make much practical sense. thanks!

Wow! Using that add command is amazing!! I've taken 3 maple courses in physics and NEVER even heard of that command! It has solved all my problems, thankyou!!!
