@Markiyan Hirnyk

yes, my question related to systems developed ny Shklovskii, Shklovskii studied the complexation between LPE and one macroion ( as hard spheres), but I modefied his model and work on a complexation of LPE and N macroions, but after I modified the total equation I faced a problem in get results for my equation for N>3, so I'm asking you now to help me find a solution.

Thank you

@Axel Vogt

I'm sorry if I bother you, but can you tell me how can I subtract singularities??

Pleas help me by doing subtracting on my original maple file and then attached to me the modified file, If I embressed you plaes let me know that you are busy and can't help me.

Thank you

@Axel Vogt

I'm trying to understand what you said but I can't, would you pleas show what you explianed above for me in a maple file.

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

I can notice that the systems working quickly, but I can't understand what you did !!

@Naba zahran

pleas tell me what thes commands mean (sol1:=fsolve(s)  , fsolve(s,l,avoid{ l=sol1}) , eval(s,l=46.6) )???

I couldn' understand what you did?

@Markiyan Hirnyk

I sent you all the values I get for N=3, and what I want to verify is how to reducing the time for this equation when we set N=4 and get results for l.

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

I can't understand what you did?

and the file you attached can't be downloaded.

Pleas explain to me what you did?

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

If you are asking for explict results, they were as follow:

For N=3 and changing L we get

L          l

50         46.226

60         55.15

70          65.79

87          76.004

88         76.5

90         78.27

100       89.62

102       91.4

104       90

110       90

I want to get results have the same trend as the above results

Thank you

@Axel Vogt

This system describes the interaction between DNA chain and macroions (as spheres), we want to study how DNA wrapped around one sphere, two, three,...., N spheres, for this system I set N equals to the number of spheres I need and then changing the actual length of DNA (L) from the paramters above to get the wrapping length  l( optimal length)

By doing that I could get answers for N=2,3 but for N>3, my program spent more than two days evaluating this equation and then gave me nothing, so I want to get results in short time, or find the problem for that.

please tell me what is the value of N and L that gave you this answer?

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

The first graph descrides that for N=3, we change the length L and get answers for l, so this graph shows the values of wrapping length l over changing values of chain length L.

I want to get same results for N=4 and then changing length L to get values for l.

Can you understand me now???

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

chain_leng._vs._wrapping_(N=1_2_3)-3-.docx

In this attachment file you can see the relation between the wrapping length("lopt" the answers we search for) vs. chain length for the case of N=2,3.

So, for N>3 I hope to get results have the same trend but the operation took long time without any result.

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

You can download the attachment maple file, and then set N=3, then you can check it .

Thank you

@Markiyan Hirnyk

Could you pleas check it with me for N=3, I get a good results and they were in agreement with my predictions, but I can't get results for N>3, so can I understand that till N=3 I have real answers and for N>3 no real answers?

@Markiyan Hirnyk

Pleas can you give me any help in solving this equation to get real solution?

@Axel Vogt

I get results for N=2 and 3 but for N>3 my computer spent 26 hours working without any results, I thought since the equation became so long it took long time, but you are telling me now to provide exact values, but I'm not profissional in using maple, so pleas tell me how to do that?

Thank you
