I found a point in your word.in this term  D[1](u)(x, 0) = 0     I want to derivate respect to time and not x.  I think I am entering the wrong code.

I think your idea is not correct because if we accept this idea, all other order of derivative most be same condition but just first derivative does not work and all other work with out error.
