How do I do this problem?

Plot the vector field F(x,y,z) = <sinx(cosy)^2, (siny)^3(cosz)^4, (sinz)^5(cosx)^6> in the cube cut from the first octant by the planes x = Pi/2, y = Pi/2, and z = Pi/2. Then compute the flux across the surface of the cube.
