In this link, the method is in "explicit" and have obtain the stability region.
But, in my case the method is in "diagonally implicit".

The differences in both cases is :
diagonally implicit : the diagonal of butcher tableau has value
explicit : the diagonal of butcher tableau has "no value @ 0"
