my function is bit complicated i.e

(s^(-2.3)*cos(s))/(s+c) where c is a constant.

So there is a pole at s = -c and a branch point at s = 0.

Now maple gives invlaplace of (s^(-2.3))/(s+c) in terms of incomplete gamma function. but if i could just understand how it does that.
