That is very helpful. How does one find rows that are multiples of each other as you did?

After removing one of the rows I get a reasonable solution.

I see that it is not the full rank. Is there a way to find the offendng rows. I tried setting a variable to 1, but got the same results. I could be doing something wrong. Help would be appreciated. Brian

Brackets are not in form required...

Your suggestion worked in that the equations are extracted correctly, but with square brackets. I need them in curly brackets in order to use solve to find solutions. When I use solve, it says it is not in the correct form. Brian
