Yes, s is an integer. And the superscripts are the roots of the lie algebra, therefore they are vectors with integer entries. By '[ , ]' I denoted the commutator relations for Qsx . The latter generators Qsx are not commutative in general.

These generators generate (in the physical sense, if applied to some vacuum vector) a particle state with a specific momentum s in some space (referred by x).
