I’m calculating a quantal response equilibrium for a laboratory decision experiment. In a next step I have to modify each element in the matrix and then multiply every column with a probability-vector.

However, I think there is a way to avoid this huge matrix, although the PC should have enough memory. But it would be very useful to know a concept how I can discard a matrix or vector after using it. Unfortunately I’m neither an informatics scientist nor very experienced in working with Maple. Can you recommend a concept or a keyword so I can find a possible black-box method?
