The first thing I wish to do is to extract the first term.... that is: J1*h[1, 1, 1]*h[2, 1, 1]

then, I need to extract every factor of this term..... that is J1 and h[1,1,1] and h[2,1,1]

and then from those that are h some thing , say h[1,1,1] I need to extract the 1,1,1 out.... Thank you:)

And repeat this for the second term, 3rd term till the end.....
