@Pseudomodo thanks for that it helps. for r3dot what if I want to just take the first answer that it gives not the positive one because it give the two different sets of solutions. (the plot should plot the points from in the positive and the negative to complete the curve)

I think I have it mostly working, kinda. I would like to plot r3dot and tried to do it the same as r3 and that didn't work.

My other problems are that I would like to start the plot at 0 not one but don't seem to figure out how that is process. I would also like to calculate and plot for points between the whole numbers as well as make the range in terms of Pi, is that possible.
