Hey sorry again, with a given triangle how can I inscribe it in a circle and how do I find the circumcenter?

How do you find the fermat point of a triangle? (a point such that the sum of the three distances from each of the three vertices of the triangle to the point is the smallest possible.)

I am still new to Maple and I don't know how to exactly use it. Is it possible to draw a triangle given the length of the three sides?

If so, how do I do it?
