Excellent suggestion Mac Dude. Some functions like Coproduct are not loading correctly (eval(Coproduct returned Coproduct), while the others are fine.  I have attached the mw file with the code.  If I run the code in this file, then execute with(Steenrod2), all procs load perfectly.  This is baffling. 

Unfortunately the read command didn't work :( hopefully I can get the package to load correctly!
