How do I get to create tensors with a uniform notation for covariant and contravarint indices using Create or Define ? I need tensors like, for instance, A superscript i, subscript j, as in McCONNELL (Abs. Diff Calculus) How do we get a uniform notation for tensors on a worksheet using either the Physics or Diff Geom package ? Are Create and Define equivalent ?
