no, i can't really open worksheets or documents from other people.  i can use Maple input with operators quite fine, but it just seems to be a little "glitch" in the system with other things.  I typically use document mode, and worksheet mode doesn't really seem to work either.  No error seems to happen, and I can use the mouse after it freezes.

yes I have I made sure I did that.  It's just those operators that won't work.
