@Christopher2222 Thanks for the reply. I am doing a large scale optimization based on Matlab, and I need to provide analytical derivatives to the algorithm, that's why I am using Maple for the derive the analytical derivatives.

@Markiyan Hirnyk Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried that and actually convert it to Matlab form. But to me, the main problem is that my expression are very long (around hundreds of rows in Maple, since it is an analytical derivative of one physical variable to a control variable), it takes some time and I am not sure whether the final expression are right or not. Moreover, for this huge expression, is there a way to simpfy it or code it into C and compiled into executable functions that are used to generate numerical values for Matlab?
