The original orthonomalization procedure of Gram-Schmidt is numerical not stable. Therefore my question: Is the procedure which is implemented in Maple (Linear Algebra) the original Gram-Schmidt procedure or the modified Gram-Schmidt procedure, which is numerical (more) stable.
