my experience is same as poster.

in 1998, i saw a teacher using maple V, and he introduced this software to me.

but in 2000, i began to use mathematical 3M softwares.

maple 14 tial.

i really downloaded them form that site.

the question on chinese characters doesnot disturb maple normal work,  though it has a fault.
