You're right.

I went back and fixed that.

But it still freezes up and then deletes all of my random variables.

- Also, when I do jf = sqrt(jac[1]^2+...), does it create the Jacobian as a simple equation/sum, or does it somehow confuse it with a vector column or something?

But is there any way for Maple to output the same eigenvectors?
