In case if I assign for example:

x:=2:

y:=3:

z:=x+y;

Maple will print (output) solution in form :

                                                  ...

I have a question: how can I interpolate a 3-d data (x,y-variables vectors; z-function vector)  ang get a new interpolated function explicit polynom?
